Does anyone know where I can get a Automatic Shift Knob to suit an el xr6?
Just wanted either a nice chrome or wood one.

found a fews sites that sell them but not sure if they would fit the ford.

Anyone know any sites that sell them that would fit the el xr's?

Have u tried a wreckers for one off an AU fairmont, werent they wood grain??

Not sure, otherwise not sure, dont know of any sites except for maybe eBay.

AU Fairmont ones are black leather, Ghia ones have a chrome button.

As above^^^^, AutoBarn have some but don't look as nice as the fairmont Ghias (EL and AU ones)

No worries thanks one other thing would a momo AU T-Bar Automatic Gear Knob fit in the el xr auto's?

If the EL is the same mechanism as the EF, then, NO, it won't fit. If it's the same mechanism as the AU, then it will. I know that doesn't really help, but perhaps someone will know if they're the same as EF or AU?
