i got a c10 for my 351, i wat some info

what is a stage 2 shift kit worth? and whats better if any,
full manual valve body, explain that, doy ou need to use it as a manual? shifting all the tiem?

Any shift kit is $50-100. All it does it make the shift time faster. Doesn't strengthen the box any.

Full manual vb turns your auto into a manual box that doesn't have a clutch. So yes you are shifting all the time. If you forget? You burnout the box. Can't be going up driveways in top gear. Thats a guarenteed burn the clutches out scenario.

They are similar to install. Just different valves and ball bearing placement.
