I'm getting a C4 which was connected to a 302.........how do i go about getting a bellhousing to much the 250 block?

Do you mean a 302 clev or windsor.There are a few variations of c4 cases.
If it is from a clevo you will need to get a convertor as well...
Does the dipstick go into the side of the pan or into the case?

i think it is a windsor..........i was speaking to the guy who i s gonna build the auto for me he has told me to find a 6 cyl c4 coz he thinks (not to sure) that little bits and pieces maybe different

If it is from a windsor it will work as long as it has a 26 spline input shaft..An easy way to tell is look and see if there is a breather on the extension housing.If so it is the same as the 6 cylinder c4's.All you need is the bellhousing..The convertor should be ok too.It will have a 10.5" bolt spacing on the conv/flexplate mounts.The windsor flexplate will work also but you will need to grind the weight off it..
If it is a 26 spline type the internals are the same .
