hi,ive gotta shove the tbar forward to get it to start,and sometimes when i put it in park it will roll,so its not selecting park properly.all other gears selecting properly.i assume there is an adjustment somewhere on the box?

I think you will find the other gears work but are out of adjustment also which will lead to failure of the trans if not adjusted soon.The adjustment is the linkage from the t-bar there is a slot on the linkage.You need to adjust with the trans in neutral and shifter in neutral also,then check with the shifter in each gear that the detents in the trans line up so the shift rod slides right in to the trans linkage.
