c4 tranny problems
got a 65 falcon with a c4 tranny. heres the issue. pulled out the tranny to replace the pump gasket. i also pulled out the front part of the gear train to check eveything for wear and tear and the valve body to reinstall the front band. i put the tranny back together and back in, and now the only gears that work are park and second. it wont go anywhere in reverse or first, and in nuetral it wont roll backwards...
now obviously its sumthin internal. what would cause a tranny to act the way mine is? could it be valve body related? and with all that said, would it be better to try to fix it or just buy a reman one?
