c6 instead of a cruise-o-matic

Does anyone know if the C6 would bolt up to my FE 390 in place of the Cruise-o-Matic?

It will, but I think you would need to change the flexplate, along with the trans. mount and crossmember, and possibly the driveshaft. Shift linkage would have to be modified to. What are you planning??? (If you do still show up here) A Cruis-o-Matic is a good trans.
