Changeover Diff Bits - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

Hi all,

I have found it real hard to source a diff for my wagon - a 3.45 LSD is a bit of a rarity apparently ! Anyway, I spoke to a wrecker today who said I could just change the gear bits over or something (excuse my ignorance on the topic!) for around $450 changeover on bits apparently ? This sounds prertty damn good IMO - has anyone had any experience with something like this ?

If I were you I would call one of the following.

Supa Trik Engineering: 97931915
Sunshine Diffs: 9335 5863
Rucpol Differentials: 0415934628

These guys are pro's. Have a talk to them and the will put you on the right track. Gears themselves are worth around $100.
