Well just lastnight I pulled up next to a Lexus, was ready to give him run, rev'd it up let the clutch out and to my surprise found that the clutch was sliping straight past instead of the tyres. now whats going on her, it doesnt slip driving normaly or going up hills or what ever, and clutch is prob only 4 months old, whats going on help...

First thing to check is your adjustment, how far off the floor does the pedal come before it picks up?

well a ****ing long way like 3/4 off till it grabs, is this normal, im thinking maybe i will just put in a heavy duty clutch???

Just adjust the clutch cable first, see if it helps. Give it a turn or two at a time clockwise on the firewall, see if it makes a difference. It did on mine.

From memory, the clutch pedal is supposed to be 140mm (+/- 3mm) from the floor, if it isn't, then the clutch needs adjusting...

yeh, had that problem, the clutch is slowly going, just dont rev it up as much and let it out slower and u get a bit more wear out of it yet. Bet she copes a belting, mine does ha ha

Get a heavy duty clutch and set the bastard really low to the floor :) Awesome for launches and quick gear changes
