I am new to this and hope someone out there has some knowledge on this dare to be different idea. I need some help doing a straight axle conversion on my 1994 Cougar. The car has been my daily driver since 1999 and the engine finally died after 188,000+ fun filled miles. It has now become my new project "Hellcat" inspired by the Hot Rod Magazine F-bomb (5.4 2v, twin Garret t3/t4 turbos,Megasquirt engine control, Army green paint
, ect.). I am in the early stages of this build and I am looking for ideas to simplify the rearend conversion. I plan on putting 600+hp to the rear wheels. Are there any from other cars that would bolt up with limited fabrication or is that just wishful thinking? Thanks
