Ive been calling around a few places and one guys offered me a daiken clutch supplied and fitted 550, price aint da problem he says that they are a market leader, i just wanted everybodies input on weather theyre anygood or any other good brands of clutch

rip off! unless they machine and balance the flywheel and pressure plate and give your gearbox an oil change

oh btw .. they are quite good a bit heavy tho but grips good

Got one im my ED. Brilliant clutch , nice and light - grips awesome...

Price seems ok.

Ur crazy right, 550 is a rip off!, mate ive been quoted 730 for a stock ford clutch fitted, and ford said its 510 for a stocker just to be supplied, 550 seems bloody good if u ask me, but then again wat the hell would i know hahahah

$550 is a good price for machine flywheel , gearbox oil change , daikin clutch kit fitted....

ghey thats a crap price.
I'm getting a clutch fitted and the price I've been quoted for a RPM heavy duty is $250 +$50 for the flywheel to be machined!
He is a mate though.

yea....i think you answered the question with the hes a mate part. 4hrs labour is what most places charge , thats where the $$ goes.

dude a clutch change (no machining etc) takes 40min!

yes how long they take and what they charge are 2 different things. I have a recipt infront of me with 4hrs labour on it.
