I Got 97 El Fairmont Ghia with 3.45 LSD, wondering what performance difference can be expected by switching to 3.9 diff gears. Are these gears available for these diff's, I have been told yes and no. Wat other mods are advised for an EL Ghia? I got motovator headers, 2 1/2" system

You can get easily 3.7, 3.9, 4.1 ratios. Speak to Steve at Diff Lapping in Underwood. He does all the diff work for our Falcon Rally cars. I run a 4.1, and my brother a 3.7.
