Re: diff oils

Is it LSD or single spinner? I use Castrol 85/140 with either, its the heavy duty oil, Castrol LX90 is the cheaper oil/not as good oil to use.

Re: diff oils

Umm not sure there is only one brand its in a white bottle, other brands make the equivelant as well.

If you diff is a single spinner basically any diff oil will be fine. LSD's need the better oil so the clutches don't grab.

Re: diff oils

Castrol LSX 90 and LSX 85-140 are mineral oils for use in LSD's. Castrol SAFXA is 85W/140 synthetic. In all AU XR's you should use a synthetic product such as SAFXA.

Re: diff oils

Just get one of the autoxxxx shops to order it in for you. Should only take a couple of days. Be warned, that Castrol SAFXA is about $26 a litre, so don't spill any :) You'll need 2 litres for the diff. (holds about 1.6 litres)
