Do i need a 9 inch?
My diff is on the way out on my XF. It is the standard GL 6 cyl 2.92 single spinner. It is behind a 351 cleveland. It is starting to pull LSD burnouts and i have been told this is a sign of it dying.
I want to upgrade to LSD and a 3.5 ratio to improve acceleration. Can anyone tell me what kind of revs i will be looking at at 100kms? I have a c4 trans.
The question is should I get a 9 inch? Is it really necessary? What other options do i have?
What should I pay for a 9 inch conversion?
