I have an EA Falcon S fitted with the standard 2.77:1 LSD, and I've ordered a 4.11:1 crown and pinion gear set, only I've just discovered that the 4.11:1 gearset will fit the Falcon 3.08:1 and 3.23:1 carriers, but the 2.77:1 carrier is different and will not fit on the 4.11:1 gearset. Can anyone confirm that this is true for me? And also if it is true, if I can get a 3.23:1 LSD carrier from the wrecker, will I be able to fit the 4.11:1 gearset with it into my diff case?

2.77 hemi is different offset. You will need to get a low ratio hemi to match your crown wheel bolt setup, or modify to suit. They will fit the housing.
