EA-XR6

I have two EA's one with a 4 speed auto and one with the T5

I wanted to do a straight swap between them is it that hard?
The manual has a chiptorque chip in it so will that affect the process?
Has anyone else done it before and how much did it cost? Or would it cost if done through a mechanic?

I'm more interested in the cost
And if a manual can be convertered to a auto without any problems

Wouldnt be a hard swap. Are both CFI or MPFI, it becomes more complicated if one is CFI and one is MPFI.

Swap the ECU, ECU loom, TCM, TCM loom, pedal box and gearbox, from the auto vehical into the manual one. And Vica Versa.
