ye jacked my car up today and were the rear uni is, (where the diff and tail shaft connect) was hanging a little bit low and on a slight angle. i ran the car while it was still jacked up in gear and my mate sat under lookin at the uni. when u push the accelerator the uni joint lifts up to meet with the diff and tail shaft. the uni joint is fine we checked that so i was thinkin either the tail shaft or the diff isnt sitting properly.

anyone got any ideas??

Do you mean the nose of the diff lifts up? This is normal, within limits. Check your upper trailing arm bushes.

haha.. na sorry im not on a death wish. the car was jacked with axle stands aswell.

Mine is similar mate, i priced to get the upper trailing arms replaced today.
its gunna cost me $130, exchange arms.
