Yep.
Except the computer. You'll need an EF manual computer, or you'll need to go to Ford and find out the resiatance values for the gear selector on the auto; and the wire that feeds into the computer (TR/NDS factory designation on the signal wire).
Then use an appropriate resistor between that wire and the black/white wire that feeds MAP etc. That'll make the EF computer think the car's in N and it'll rev accordingly.
