The ea i wrote off has a EL T5 gearbox in it, to transfer it to the ef what parts from the ea can i use and what parts do i need to buy??

im sure everything (including the bellhousing, pedal box, gearbox mount, flywheel etc) will transfer over.

Yep.
Except the computer. You'll need an EF manual computer, or you'll need to go to Ford and find out the resiatance values for the gear selector on the auto; and the wire that feeds into the computer (TR/NDS factory designation on the signal wire).
Then use an appropriate resistor between that wire and the black/white wire that feeds MAP etc. That'll make the EF computer think the car's in N and it'll rev accordingly.
