FMX valve body
I am working on putting a lokar floor shifter in a car with an FMX tranny. One of the things I have to do is to pull the stock shift lever shaft out of the trans and install the Lokar version. I have the pan off and can see the end of the shift lever, but it looks like I'll need to pull the valve body in order to have access to the nut on the end of the shift lever.
I also notice that the Lokar version only has one external lever, not two like the stock unit has which includes the kick-down lever.
Can someone guide me in pulling and re-installing the valve-body?
