Ford FMX Transmission. Year Difference?

I'm curious to know how I can tell what year my FMX is from.
It's currently sitting behind a 69 chev 327 in my 74 XJ6 Jaguar Lump.

I'm interested in getting a transgo shift kit and there is a different kit for between 67-72 and 73-81.
