Hey my clutch has been asting funny lately not shifting right and today i went out and it went straight to the floor there is no pressure until about and inch from the floor it starts up but cannot put it in any gear i replaced my clutch about 8 months ago and it has been fine since anyone know what i need to do

Sounds like you're having pressure issues. Check for fluid in the reservoir. If you have fluid, you likely blew your slave cylinder. If you don't, you have a leak and you need to find it.
