Hi all
just bought an AUII manual ute and it has been slipping out of gear. So far it came out twice in 1st a few seconds after putting it in and once out of 5th a while after i changed gears... is this something i should get checked out while the warranty still going? or is it just me not putting it in gear enough..? Don't know much about AU habits...

can anyone help?

Would've thought its either in or out of gear. If you don't fully engage the gear it should make a terrible grinding sound

Best to err on the side of caution and get it checked out. Good Luck, 'coz its an intermittent problem which the dealer may not come across while testing.

yeah it's weird I'll be in gear (no crunching) and then it just physically pops out by itself randomly. pretty sure that's wrong...

ANyway will get it checked out,
