Today i finally got around to getting something done about my crappy 3.08 SS. Yep, i got a 3.23 LSD diff. Problem is that its complete with spring cradles, trailing arms and other bits that dont fit so well in the wagon. So, how does someone go about changing over the internals? Is it x-pensive to get done?

You are probably better off getting a professional to install it for you. The best thing to do would be disassemble the LSD diff and take the axles and centre down to the diff shop. You could have different axles, 25 or 28 spline between the twon diffs.

what is the 3.23 out off? EA2 Ghia or EB==>>

If its from an EA2 Ghia it should still be 25spline and only 2pin. But the best bet would be to get the centre and axles moved into the new diff.
