"grindy" feel in low revs of 4th gear - ef auto

i think the title pretty much says it. in the low revs of fourth gear, when i accelerate it feels kind of grindy at the rear wheels. sorry, my description is kinda vague.

low diff oil? trans oil?? dud wheel bearing?? handbrake stuck on?
