Heavy Duty Clutch - Worth it?

Hey all,

I have a 95 EF I6 and I have just done the clutch, well I dont know how but the thrust bearing is stuffed.

My question is, is it worth putting a Heavy Duty clutch in or is the standard clutch fine on its own?

Cheers

Choca
