you may have to adjust the rod in the slave cylinder, if its not disengaging properly then you probably need to give yourself more clutch (get a slightly longer rod)
But then again your case may be different to the one i had (hard to get in gear and reverse was even worse, after fitting a longer rod, seemed to fix the problem)
