I Own A Eb And Had The Same Problem For A While.then I Was Informed Of The Problem Being E.m.s(engine Maintainance System).when The Battery Has Been Disconnnected For Any Reason It Resets The Ems And You Find Your Car Reving Harder Because Mechanics Dont Tell Us This Stuff.the Remedy Is To Remove The Battery Cables For Half An Hour Then After Putting Them Back On,start The Car In Nuetral Then Let It Idle In Drive For About Five Minutes,t\shut The Engine Down As Normal Then Everything Should Be Fine On Starting And Driving Next Time(no More Shunting).good Luck With It Dude.
