hi,

im looking for a 2.92 ratio LSD carrier. i have a 2.77 ratio carrier at the moment but that does not fit my gears.

Any help would be great thanks Damo!!!

EA's came with 2.92 borgwarner

Does any1 know where i can get one from perfer in Adelaide, coz ive got a 2.77 centre but they are smaller so my gears dont match up.

any ford wreckers will have one, you can even get a 3.08 or 3.23 or an xr diff which has a 3.45

G'day!
have had much RECENT experience with the borgies!
If you get the right unit, then you CAN ultimatley wind up with a tougher Unit than a 9 inch!

I recently fitted an EB GT 3.45 LSD (sedan) into an XF. Have also done a Longreach One tonner into a VS commo ute.

In short, there are TWO crown wheel sizes, 2 or 4 pinion, then conventional or LSD. Any combination can be employed from factory!!!

You have simply NOT provided enough information!! What is your application??? Car model, Body type, Power application.

PS..
depending on model, there are also 2 Pinion Flanges!
