Need help on a 9 inch rear.

I'm new here and was wondering if all 9 inch rearends are the same in brute strength. Are there certain years or body styles of vehicles? thanks

Re: Need help on a 9 inch rear.

Pretty much the only difference in strength came when aftermarket parts were added.

Re: Need help on a 9 inch rear.

Some housings are heavy duty

There is no substitute for cubic inches but my pursuit sure closes the gap

*UPDATE * Pursuit has just run 11.763 and 116.18 mph making it Australias Quickest and fastest unopened boss as well as Australias Quickest and fastest naturally aspirated Boss
