it only does it when i drive for 20 mins or more then stop for 5 mins then go again
just wondering if its o2 Censor???

try checking your leads. probably find one is buggered.

Have replaced all the plug and new leads(what a pain in the arse that was)
i was thinking it maybe the 02 censor, also it doesnt do it over 3 grand or so,
and there is a censor and plug at the very back of the motor ,is that a crank angle censor??

i thought the crank angle sensor was at the front of the motor.

Sorry mate, only new to this Ford gear, old holden's have them at the rear, vk etc,and i had forgotten about newer car on the front, cheers

The bugger is getting worse, and now is very bad, then ok for a few mins,
i went from holden to mitsubishi then to Ford, and so far Ford wins hands down,

I will be buying a new ba xr6 turbo in about 6 months, so i have to look after it for now.
