I8AHSV Registered User Join Date: Jun 2002 Posts: 262	They both use the same diff but with different brackets...etc. The crownwheel & pinion gears are not interchangable as far as I know but the carrier (the center with the spider gears...etc) is. Make sure you count the number of splines on the axels as ford used 28 splines on the V8's EB to AU & 25 splines on the I6 EA to AU. cheers
