Ok I am cleaning up the gear box and diff I got from Sunny prior to install, basically a good degreasing before installing (i am yet to confirm a time and place to do this), I reckon whats in my below list should cover everything I need to replace to try and ensure no leaks, and life of my install, anyone got anything to add, or idea on price, oh and any tips of replacing the below.

Trans (4 speed auto):
Transmission oil, I think i will need 6 litres as torque converter and trans will be empty.
Service kit (I assume this is just filter and gasket seal)
Front and rear seals

Diff (3.23 single spinner):
Diff oil, may as well while I am at it.

Engine (3.9L petrol only MPFI):
Engine Oil, 6 litres
Oil Filter
Sump Gasket
Oil Pump (thinking of doing this one, not sure)

u will need between 10 and 11L if the torque converter is empty. Also fill the TC 1/2 way before you install it.

As for the rest of it, invest in new radiator hoses + clamps whilst your at it. Upper and lower radiator, and heater.

The rest should be easy.

also, do u have the nessicary wiring for the 4speed? Dual TPS, TCM, TCM loom, Engine bay loom, Trans loom, ECU, ECU loom. ALL is diffrent 3speedCFI to 4Speed MPFI.

I am on 3 speed MPFI installing the 4 speed, so working on the wiring side, I have the TCM loom and TCM so will integrate that to my current MPFI factory install.

I am going to pull engine and gearbox to do it the easy way, oh I and I will do the rear main seal on the engine while I am at it.

Engine oil will be 5 litres.

On ATF for the 4 speed, if I dropped the pan and replaced the gasket, how much fluid would I need to refill it?

10.5l if u remove the tc. 4L if just drop the pan.

Change out every welsh plug for brass ones!! A definate must.
Also use loctite 262 on the plugs, acts as a lubricant when installing them & prevents them from ever leaking from the edges.

5 litres on engine oil, if your doing a filter c/o too it'll be 5 1/2 litres.
