slipping and shudder EF Futura

Help urgent.
Need advice on worsening slipping and shuddering as I
go up hill.
Had recon transmission fitted but didn't
fix the problem.
Anyone know what's happing here?

torque converter is up !@##$ creek.

it is possible the torque convert was replaced (one would hope so)

Next step is computer is crook.

Borrow one!!!
