Hey all
When i shift quickly from 2nd to 3rd above 3000 rpm it crunches, and i have to slowly change, but under 3 g's it fine, does anyone have the same problem or if not can anyone offer some suggestions???

The 2-3 cluster gear is renowned for being weak and the synchros aren't much better. Try double clutching or you're up for a synchro replacement.
Have you tried changing to a synthetic high quality oil yet?

Yup, new balk rings for your 2-3 synchro assembly should do the trick... If I was you I'd go for the entire assembly, no point in replacing just the rings.
Personally I know I'd just change the synchros :)
Although while the box was out I'd inspect it all, and probably end up doing the bearings too at $550

i did all that i got 2-3 and 3-4 synchros and a bearing averhaul kit, this is what fustrated me because before ut wouldnt go in2 3rd at all and now if i want to change a little quicker than a 90y.o granny, it crunches

No. No shifter will make any difference to the actual internal operation of the box. Short throw units will probably exagerate any shift baulk problems.
