if i get a new clutch at the garage, do they REPLACE the thrust bearing too? or is that a separate part? i'm still trying to solve the "rattling shaking" clutch pedal problem... it can be heard from outside the car 50m away apparently... the firewall was cracked engine side, i looked in the cabin its fine, so hopefully when i get my car back tmr the noise will be GONE...otherwise i'm going to torch the car...

any help appreciated thanks

Most aftermarket clutches come with a new thrust bearing and it is usual to fit a new one with a new clutch but to be certain just ask them to do so.

Ensure they check the spigot bearing also.
If this is buggered you will get horrible noises when your foot is on the clutch and maybe have trouble changing gear.
