does anyone have a diagram or know of a web page we can refer to to install new linkages and gear shift and side levers on a top loader as we are unsure and cant get a manual

thanks very much for the photo it was very helpful. do you know if there is a difference between gt toploaders and standard ones as we had to grind the top of the extension housing to get the gear lever to fit.
