Can anyone recommend a good toploader gearbox repairer in melbourne? hard to find as most specialise in autos. Want someone who knows what that are talking about and wont dick me around.

Ring Danny at Early Bird Falcons in Thomastown and if he can't do it himself he should be able to recommend someone no worries. I take my '67 XR wagon to him and they're pretty great with everything.

His number there is 9462-2920, and its 11am saturday morning now so he might still be there, if not wait till monday then give him a ring.
