Can you get your transmission serviced under warrenty? I have a 8 month brand new transmission and i went to reverse rolling foward a tiny bit then hit the gas and clunk and i was like holy S*** thats bad. I have a shift kit too so would you advise me to make it unseeable? How long may it take them too look at it and service cause it could take them a while to say they will do it under warrenty after calling ford right?

well admint nothing, remove everything, and say it doesnt work. :0)

what car are we talking about as well, a BA or AU or what, brand new gearbox because why ?

Its a EF series 2 the previous owners got a new one cause they were on their way to adelaide and the trans stuffed up and he didnt wanna stuff around with it so far from home and just got a new one put in. I got the receipt it was a 3 grand fix

is there anything wrong with it now?... or did you just hear the clunk noise? if it doesn't do something that it should then they will take care of it... but if it is still working fine then I can't imagine them doing anything...
