Trans Problem w/ 92 taurus
Im having a transmission problem with a 1992 taurus Gl. The car is an automatic. The car will go into gear and go up a gear, and when about to switch into the next gear..it stops and makes it going to neutrual..even tho i still have it in drive. It also does this when i slow down. When i slow down to make a turn or something..it again seems like its in neutrual...the same when reverse. I just replaced the neutrual sensor because thats what they(auto zone) told us the problem was. Since the nearest parts dealer is 100 miles away from me...anyhelp would be nice before making a trip down there for nothing. Oh also, the transmission fluid is full. So i dont think it's that.
