confused transit cam broken

Hi people hope someone can shed some light on my problem of camshafts breaking ?? first one at about 108000 next one at 123000 any ideas ? thanks

could be a number of reasons why... Are they OHC??? If they are check you oil levels and oil supply. Once the cam bearings miss a bit of oil they seize up snapping the cam....

Probably need a little more info masher, what donk is it? hw is it braking, snapping in half or lobes being wiped off?
