I am installing a tranmision oil cooler, which line is the return line?
The lines are currently going into the radiator (Or what it appears to be) I guess my question in will i even get any advantage by installing this. Will this only add additional cooling. I will be pulling a rather heavy trailer cross country. so i'd like to protect my tranny, im told this is the way to do it. Any help would be apprecieated.

The one that's coolest after it's been running a while (and you will be able to feel the difference) is the return line. And yes an additional cooler will make a big difference to transmission life.
