hey guys,

got a 1990 TX5 ghia...an auto

was just wondering if anyone has any idea what kind of price a conversion would be....and also is there a certain transmission i should be looking for?

I'd speak to wreckers who might be willing to do it for you, but if you are mechanically minded, the best thing would be sourcing a wrecked manual example from the damaged auctions. Should only cost a few hundred and will have most of the parts you need, though a new clutch etc would be advisable.

i am not at all mechanically minded...but the auctions may be a good idea

ill speak to my uncle as he'd know what parts i need....and i wouldnt know if it was a complete transmission or just the box it came in
