Upgrade from 390 to a 429 in 67 t-bird
Hi! I'm looking to put a 429 in my 67 t-bird frame. T-bird had a 390 with a C-6 Trans. The 429 came out of a 69' Merc. that also has a C-6 Trans but when it warms up loose all drive gears. Will the 390 C-6 bolt to the 429 block? Is this worth the time and work for the bigger Block for a street cruiser.
