what clutch for ea?

Hi all,
I just got my ea converted to manual with a second hand xedy clutch and its to heavy to drive. So im wondering what is the best clutch to buy for relativly low $$ and what sorta price i would be lookin at. SOmeone on these forums said they had a eb clutch and it was quite soft. The car is a stock as a rock multipoint so i really dont need anything special. Any help would be great.

Cheers

Re: what clutch for ea?

The problem isnt with the clutch, I just put an Exedy clutch in my EA mpfi and its actually too soft i found. Maybe you have the heavy-duty clutch in there but i doubt it would make that much difference.

Maybey it is a prob with the clutch cable e.g frayed?
