I got quoted around $5k for my AU, including trade in on the auto but you should be able to do it alot cheaper for an EB. If you could get the parts a few of the e series club boys could probably help you do it.
yea, you dont want to go to a auto. i went the opposite way. I am sure there would be people who would snap that manual box up if its in good condition.
yeah theres no way in hell i would normally change to auto, but im trying to sell the car and it has been sitting at a car market for 6 weeks without much serious interest. i was thinking that if i sell off all the good bits (including changing it to auto and making some $$$ that way) i would come out ahead and have more chance selling the car for not much less then what im after now. its a bit sad really...
