(EB AUTO)i've got a bit of a problem, well i think its a problem, not all the time but quite a bit i'll take a slow corner (say a round about), or taking off and in first it plays up by free reving for a few sec's then slamming into gear while its just in auto (not going through any gears just standard auto driving) making a nasty little noise as if the gear box just sh1t itself. Does anyone know wats goin on?
all i know is your auto box is electroically controlled, it has a pressure solenoid which has something to do with the gear changes, cant remem ber what exaclty, but if thier isnt the correct pressure then the gear changes will be a little off.

Are you talking about the S5 solenoid? Had to replace mine but it had different problems (harsh long shifts).
as XRated and needturbo6 said above - its most likely your auto oil level is low, and when you turn a corner the fluid flows away from the pickup and you loose drive, until you straighten up and the oil flows back, and BANG, you have pressure.
