I picked up a broken T5 gearbox (to suit Ford I6) from a wrecker in melbourne for $100. It was fine apart from third gear on the main shaft and cluster, which was rooted - I needed it for the casings. A replacement cluster gear will cost you what ever a running second hand gearbox is worth. the rest is easily found secondhand at wreckers and gearbox shops. I still have the remaining bits, but they're in Brisbane....
