Where to buy T5 internal bits?

Pulled my box apart to find the cause of "noisey in second" as the guy I got it off said. Well I found it. 2 teeth off main shaft 2nd gear. Also got a chip on one of the teeth on main shaft 4th, might as well replace it. Input shaft retainer is rooted, so that'll be f***ed off.

So where is a good place in Melbourne to get this stuff? Tried Repco and Bursons, don't carry them. Ford? Last time I checked I only have 2 kidneys.

I picked up a broken T5 gearbox (to suit Ford I6) from a wrecker in melbourne for $100. It was fine apart from third gear on the main shaft and cluster, which was rooted - I needed it for the casings. A replacement cluster gear will cost you what ever a running second hand gearbox is worth. the rest is easily found secondhand at wreckers and gearbox shops. I still have the remaining bits, but they're in Brisbane....

"Also got a chip on one of the teeth on main shaft 4th"... There is no fourth gear as such as it is 1:1 and bypasses the cluster gear....

cheers,
