Wiring EA Manual Conversion Question
Hey everyone, just a few questions/confirmations.
With the EA maunaul conversion.
- Chop the auto loom and wire in the reversing switch. 12v fuse and a wire going to the the reversing lights.
- Plug in the speed sensor 3pins (back of manual transmission)
- earth out the neutral inhibitor switch from the starter relay
- Neutral switch at top of manual transmission. there should be a red/blue(from starter) and black wire(to earth)
Because the inhibitor would go straight to earth, wouldnt that mean the car will start reguardless to weather the car is in neutral?
or the other wiring option i heart of was to skip the last two step could i just earth the starter relay?
Help in this would be greatly apprecitated
