hi all we are new to this group and love ford.... but we are doing a few changes we need a hand with.... we are putting an ED falcon motor and 4 speed auto box into our 1981 bronco ( computer system and fuel injection included).... does anyone know if the tail shaft out of XE-XF will match up to the 4 speed auto? we realise lenth probly wont match but do splines match up?

It may but I am not sure , a used e series shaft will only run $50.00 used and a custom unit to suite your ute maybe a couple of hundred built ..

Yes they are the same 28 splines and diameter
