ok, I've searched the whole forum for hours and days maybe,couldn't find much. I'd love to know the 1/4 mile figures for the stock xr range, specially the AU XR8. And how fatser does it give if you run the car on optimax instead of unleaded for the AUI XR8.

i run a au2 xr8 and have run a 14.86 at 148, 60 f/t was 2.19 its a 200 kw manual and only run BP pulp

certainly interested, thanks mate for replying. And good work xlr8. It's just because all the 1/4 mile figures at ls1.com were either with nitro or som mods to the car!!
What made me interested in knowing that, not sure if u've read the article, VX SS wants to buy a new T3(woohooo) and came up the subject to modify the car right out of the dealer. I was thinking ,emm, the car is already too expensive,and maybe the mods can make it perform less effecient or loose the engine warranty,I mean for me, I care alot about those things.

Hi,

I got a modified ED - Best so far is a 15.0 @ 149 - (60foot = 2.2)

Jeff's EL2XR8 (185kw motor) had a best of 15.4

Tim's EFXR8 has a best of 16.3 I think (maybe 16.2)

Chris's Mustang cobra does 14's (he ran a 17 something when I raced him, cos he spent the 2 secs going sideways down the track)
