I changed the head gasket and rebuilt the cylinder head on the 2008 ford f350 super duty 5.4L. When we started the truck it ran good but it started misfiring and running lean on bank 2 when it warmed up. We did a tune up and changed the injectors, but still the same thing. There are no vaccum or exhaust leaks, compression is excellent and i even changed the 02 sensor on bank2. Is there any helpfull advice out there that can assist me?

It could be a coil. Does it give a misfire code? When it's missing, unplug the injectors one at a time to see which one isn't firing and switch coils with another one to see if it moves with it.
